How will I get my video system installed?
Answer) There are several unreliable retailers selling mobile video equipment who will advise you to buy their products and then save money by installing the equipment by yourself. We, on the other hand, recommend saving money by buying from us and then using that savings to hire a qualified professional to perform the installation. We cannot stress enough the importance of having your system professionally installed. Answer) Yes, our mobile video systems and components come with installation instructions. However, these instructions are intended to assist qualified professionals in the installation of our equipment. The instructions may or may not be helpful for end users attempting to install video systems without professional assistance. As mentioned above, we highly recommend hiring a qualified professional to perform the installation. We cannot stress enough the importance of having your system professionally installed. It can greatly increase the picture and audio quality you experience as well as the longevity of your video system.

I need a power inverter for my video game system. Which one will work best?
Answer) Most of today's polular video game systems require at least 250 watts continuous power. Make sure that any inverter you intend to use with a video game system is capable of at least 250 watts of continuous power. We highly recommend using higher wattage inverters such as 300 to 600-watt inverters.

What shipping methods do you offer?
Answer) Because most of the items we sell are large, expensive, and composed of several items, we currently only offer UPS Ground shipping. This is subject to change in the future.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Answer) We usually ship items on the business day after the order is placed. After the item is shipped, you can expect a 3 to 7 day transit time, depending on your location.

What will my total be after shipping and tax?
Answer) It is not necessary for you to provide your credit card information or commit yourself to a purchase before finding out what your total would be with shipping and tax. To determine what your total cost would be, add the desired items to your shopping cart and click the "check out" button. This will take you to a page asking for your contact information and address -- fill out this page and click the "continue" button. The next page will show you a breakdown of your charges as well as a total cost -- it is not necessary for your to enter your credit card information unless you intend to proceed with the purchase. Note: Sales tax will be applied to deliveries made to New York.

Do you ship overseas?
Answer) No, we currently do not ship oversees. We ship only to the contiguous 48 states in the US.

Where is my tracking information?
Answer) We email tracking information to the email address you provide when making your purchase. You should receive an email with tracking information within one to two days of your order's date of shipment.

What is your return policy?
Answer) We accept returns when a return request is made within 14 days of the purchase date. A 20% restocking fee will apply for returns of non-defective merchandise. Click here to read more about our return policy.

My product is defective. How can I get a replacement?
Answer) Contact us via email at support@mobilevideostore.com within 14 days of your date of purchase. Returns within our 14-day return period are welcome, however, we cannot accept returns after this 14-day period. Upon receiving your email, we will reply with instructions regarding your return and replacement merchandise.

Do you take checks or money orders?
Answer) Unfortunately, we do not currently accept checks or money orders. Our online shopping cart software has been programmed with SSL encryption. Shopping online with us is as safe as shopping at any retail location. We completely discard all credit card information after 30 days.
