Ordering
The payment methods we currently accept include Visa or MasterCard
credit cards issued within the continental United States. We currently do not
accept payments from international credit cards, checks, or money orders. We
accept online orders as well as telephone orders. Our online shopping cart software
is secured with SSL encryption -- ordering on our website is as safe as using
your credit card at any retail location. We also use an address verification
service (AVS) to ensure that the credit card information provided by our customers
is valid and accurate. (We contact customers in situations where we see any
discrepancies.)
When an order is placed, we do not apply charges to the customer's
credit card until the order has shipped.

Shipping
We will ship to any location within the contiguous 48 United
States, with the exception of APOs. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Because most of the items we sell are large, expensive, and composed of several
items, we currently only offer UPS Ground shipping. This is subject to change
in the future.
Our shipping prices are calculated using shipping tables provided
by UPS for UPS Ground shipping. These tables use the weight of the shipment,
the dollar value of the merchandise, and the zip code of the recipient to automatically
determine the total cost of the shipment.
Most orders will ship the on the business day after the order
is placed. Tracking information will usually be provided on the business day
after the order ships.

Returns
In the event that you are unsatisfied with a purchase from
MobileVideoStore.com, we offer a 14-day period after the purchase date
in which products can be returned. Returned items must be in salable condition,
with all of the original materials and packaging. Returns on non-defective
merchandise will incur a 20% restocking fee. We do not cover return shipping
charges for defective or non-defective merchandise, but will ship replacement
merchandise for defective items free of charge. The following three scenarios
describe how our return policy is applied:
Merchandise is defective and customer wants replacement
merchandise
Replacement merchandise is shipped free of charge. The customer pays only
for return shipping.
Merchandise is defective and customer wants a refund (no
replacement)
We reimburse the full amount of the original invoice, including shipping. The
customer pays only for return shipping.
Merchandise is non-defective and customer wants a refund
We reimburse 80% of the original invoice subtotal (not including shipping
charges). The customer pays for return shipping as well.
These steps must be followed in order for us to completely
process a return:
1) Contact us at support@mobilevideostore.com
to let us know what item(s) you would like to return. Please provide your full
name and order number as well.
2) We will provide you with an RMA number and a product return
address, provided that your return is requested within 14 days of your purchase.
3) Repackage the item(s) in its original packaging with all
manuals or paperwork and prepare it for shipment.
4) Write the RMA number we provide on the outside of your
package so that our returns department will easily notice it.
5) Ship the item to the return address we provide in our email
response. This address will vary depending on what product is being returned.
Very Important: Make note of the tracking number issued for your return shipment.
6) Email us the tracking information for your return shipment.
If we do not receive this information from you, we cannot ship replacement merchandise
or issue refunds.
7) Upon receiving the tracking information for your return,
we will immediately ship your replacement merchandise free of charge (please
allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery of replacement merchandise).

Manufacturers’ Warrantees
We sell only name brand products which are backed by manufacturers
' warrantees. If you experience a problem with your merchandise after our 14-day
return period, you can contact the manufacturer of your product to discuss replacements
or returns. The manufacturer's warranty information and service address will
be clearly marked on or in the package you receive.
